target Software Solution merges with WCA Walldorf Consulting

The IT companies join forces – for more flexibility and less bureaucracy

The SAP expertise of the TIMETOACT GROUP is now under one roof: target Software Solution is changing its name to WCA Walldorf Consulting, and the previous sister companies are forming one company under the management of Hanno Hofmann and Simon Flick. The merger allows the companies to join forces and respond even better to current and future challenges in the SAP market.

With target Idea Management and target Campaign Management, target Software Solution develops the world's only software for idea and innovation management using SAP technology. In the course of the merger with WCA Walldorf Consulting, the products will be incorporated into the SAP consulting company's portfolio and still be supported and developed by the current expert team. The former managing directors of target Software Solution, Achim Noe and Robin Müller-Cajar, will continue to lead the team around the target products – Noe as Head of Idea Management, Müller-Cajar as Head of Product Development at WCA Walldorf Consulting.

As a sister company, we have always worked very closely with target Software Solution, e. g. by providing developers. The merger was just the next logical step. With the merger, we gain scalability potential, reduce bureaucratic effort, and can focus on what we are good at and what we enjoy: implementing really good SAP projects.

For our customers, basically everything remains the same – except that with less bureaucracy, we have more time to spend on expanding our services and products. As part of WCA Walldorf Consulting, we are able to work even more closely with our colleagues and leverage synergies, e. g. with regard to S/4 HANA and the SAP Business Technology Platform. WCA Walldorf Consulting has extensive experience with both of SAP's key products, from which we can benefit greatly.

The merger into a limited liability company was made official in August with the entry in the commercial register. Furthermore, by the end of the year the employees of target Software Solution will move to WCA Walldorf Consulting's main location in Walldorf.
